64. Conditions of discharge too onerous
(1) A bankrupt who cannot comply with any condition of his discharge
may apply to the Court for an absolute discharge.
(2) The Court may discharge the bankrupt absolutely where it is satisfied
that the bankrupt’s inability is due to circumstances for which the bankrupt
should not reasonably be held responsible.
