121. Advertisement
Where any advertisement, brochure or similar document which relates to
the business of a licensee or registered person, or to an insurance policy and
which is being, or is to be, published by a person, is misleading or contrary
to the public interest or contains an incorrect statement of fact, the Commission may by notice direct that person not to publish it or to cease publishing it or to effect the changes to it which the Commission deems fit.
