122. Power to extend time limit
Where the Commission is satisfied that failure by a person to comply with
the provisions of this Act, the FSC Rules and guidelines within the prescribed
time limit was due to a just or reasonable cause, it may, upon written application made by the person, and by notice to the person, and extend the time
limit to such time and on such conditions as it may determine.
