122. Power to extend time limit
Where, upon written application made by a person,

comply with the provisions governing time limits of this
Act, the FSC Rules and guidelines due to a just or reasonable
cause, the Commission may, by notice to the person, extend
the time limit to such time and on such conditions as it may
determine.
