122A. (cid:40)(cid:91)(cid:72)(cid:80)(cid:83)(cid:87)(cid:76)(cid:82)(cid:81)(cid:86)(cid:3)(cid:68)(cid:81)(cid:71)(cid:3)(cid:80)(cid:82)(cid:71)(cid:76)(cid:191)(cid:70)(cid:68)(cid:87)(cid:76)(cid:82)(cid:81)(cid:86)
(1) The Commission may, by rules or otherwise,
exempt a person or any class of persons from the requirements
of section 72.
(2) For avoidance of doubt, the Commission may
exercise its powers under subsection (1) in relation to any past
obligations under section 72.
(3) An exemption under this section may be granted
subject to such terms and conditions as the Commission may
determine.
(h) by adding the Fifth Schedule set out in the Ninth Schedule to
this Act.
