10. Juridical seat
(1) Subject to section 3C (2) (b) unless otherwise agreed by the parties,
the juridical seat of the arbitration shall be determined by the arbitral tribunal,
having regard to the circumstances of the case.
(2) Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, and notwithstanding subsection (1), the arbitral tribunal may meet at such geographical location as it
may consider appropriate for consultation among its members, for hearing
witnesses, experts or the parties, or for inspection of goods or other property
or documents.
