11. Number of arbitrators
Unless otherwise agreed by the parties—
(a) the number of arbitrators shall be 3; and
(b) an agreement that the number of arbitrators shall be an even
number shall be understood as requiring the appointment of an
additional arbitrator as presiding arbitrator.
