18. Fees and expenses of arbitrators
(1) The parties shall be jointly and severally liable to pay to the arbitrators
such reasonable fees and expenses as are appropriate in the circumstances.
(2) Where the arbitrators’ remuneration would otherwise be the subject
of no other scrutiny by an arbitral institution chosen by the parties or otherwise, any party may apply to the PCA, on notice to the other parties and to
the arbitrators, which may order that the amount of the arbitrators’ fees and
expenses shall be adjusted and fixed in such manner and upon such terms as
it may direct.
