17. Hearing following replacement of arbitrator
Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, where under section 14, 15 or 16
an arbitrator is replaced, the proceedings shall resume at the stage where the
arbitrator who was replaced ceased to perform his functions, unless the arbitral tribunal decides that the proceedings should resume at an earlier stage.
