26. Protection from liability
No liability, civil or criminal, shall lie against any member, a technical
committee or the Managing Director or any employee of Investment in respect of any act done or omitted to be done by the member, employee or the
Board of Investment in the execution, in good faith, of his or its functions
under this Act.
