9A. Establishment of e-licensing system (1) Subject to subsection (2), the Minister may, by regulations, establish an electronic licensing system for the application, processing and determination of a permit. (2) Subsection (1) shall not apply to permits for import and export of goods. (3) In this section – “permit” includes a licence, an authorisation or a clearance. (b) in section 18CA – (i) in subsection (2), by deleting the words “, as well as the delivery of every permit or licence,”; (ii) in subsection (3), by repealing paragraph (c), the semicolon at the end of paragraph (b) being deleted and replaced by a full stop and the word “and” being added at the end of paragraph (a).
