9A. Establishment of e-licensing system
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Minister may, by regulations, establish
an electronic licensing system for the application, processing and determination of a permit.
(2) Subsection (1) shall not apply to permits for import and export of
goods.
(3) In this section—
“permit” includes a licence, an authorisation or a clearance.
