2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Company” means the Mauritius Estate Development Corporation Ltd,
incorporated in Mauritius on 17 February 1986 and includes any lessee of
the land;
“land” means the State land at Reverend Jean Lebrun and Sir Célicourt
Antelme Streets, Port Louis;
“Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for the subject
matter of land use is assigned.
