3. Permission to build
(1) The Company may, subject to such conditions as the Minister may
impose, build colonnades, canopies and underground car parks along the
frontage of the land onto Reverend Jean Lebrun and Sir Célicourt Antelme
streets in Port Louis.
(2) The Company shall, at all times and at its own cost, maintain the colonnades, canopies and car parks in good repair and ensure that they are not
sources of danger to the public.
