24. Assaying
(1) Any person may present any jewellery, or precious metal or its alloy,
to the Director for assaying.
(2) The Director shall, after assaying, deliver to the person a document
certifying the fineness of the jewellery.
(3) The Director shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the
jewellery during the process of assaying.
