27. Vesting in Curator
(1) Where the Curator has been served with a notice under section 26 (c), he shall cause the land to which the notice relates to be vested
in him.
(2) Where the Curator fails, within 7 days of the service of a notice under section 26 (c), to cause the land to which the notice relates to be vested
in him, the Minister may apply for a vesting order to vest the land to which
the notice relates in the Curator and, upon the vesting order being made, the
land shall vest in the Curator.
