28. Expenses
Any sum awarded by way of compensation under this Act, including interest and costs to be paid by the authorised officer, and all other costs,
charges and expenses which shall be incurred by or on behalf of the Minister
or the authorised officer for carrying into effect the provisions of this Act,
shall be paid out of the Consolidated Fund.
