10. Delegation of powers
(1) The Board may, subject to subsection (2) and to such conditions as it
may impose, delegate to the Director, such of its powers under this Act as
may be necessary to assist in the effective management of the Authority.
(2) The Board shall not delegate its power to borrow money or raise
loans.
