11. Assistance for enforcement
Notwithstanding any other enactment, every police officer and every
other officer under the Building Control Act, the Environment Protection Act,
the Local Government Act, the Rivers and Canals Act and the Road
Development Authority Act shall have the power and the duty to assist in
enforcing the provisions of this Act.
