35. Restriction on removal
(1) A limited liability partnership shall not be removed from the register
where—
(a) it is in the process of being wound up or liquidated;
(b) a receiver or manager has been appointed, whether by the Court
or otherwise, in relation to the property of the limited liability
partnership; or
(c) there is a scheme or order in force in relation to the limited
liability partnership where the rights of the creditors are
suspended or restricted.
(2) A limited liability partnership shall not be removed from the register
unless, immediately before its removal, it is solvent.
