36. Removal from register
(1) Where the Registrar is satisfied that an application under section 31
meets the requirements of this Sub-part, he shall remove the limited liability
partnership from the register.

(2) Where a limited liability partnership is removed from the register, the
Registrar shall forthwith give a notice to that effect to the applicant.
