37. Minimum of 2 partners
(1) Subject to subsection (2), every limited liability partnership shall have
at least 2 partners.
(2) Where a limited liability partnership has less than 2 partners due to
the withdrawal, death or dissolution of one or more of its partners, the
Registrar may authorise a limited liability partnership to conduct business
with only one partner for a period of not more than one year.
