6. Powers of inspection of Registrar (1) For the purpose of ascertaining whether a limited liability partnership, a manager or a partner is complying with this Act, the Registrar may, on giving at least 3 days’ notice in writing to the limited liability partnership, call [Issue 9] L15A1 – 4 Revised Laws of Mauritius for the production of, or inspect, any book, record or other document required to be kept by the limited liability partnership. (2) The Registrar may, by notice in writing and within such time as may be specified in the notice, require a limited liability partnership or any of its partners or its manager to produce any book, record or other document and to furnish any information relating to the accounting records referred to in section 41.
