7. Power of Registrar to reconstitute file
(1) Where a partnership agreement or any other document relating to a
limited liability partnership which has been filed with the Registrar is lost or
destroyed, the Registrar may require the limited liability partnership to submit
a certified copy of the partnership agreement or document within such time
as he may determine.
(2) The certified copy of the partnership agreement or document shall, on
being registered by the Registrar, have the same force and effect as the
original.
