109. Establishment of Valuation Tribunal
(1) The Valuation Tribunal established under section 90 of the repealed
Local Government Act shall be deemed to be established under this Act.
(2) The Valuation Tribunal shall consist of—
(a) a Chairperson who shall be a barrister holding or having held judicial office, and who shall be appointed for a term of 3 years by
the President, after consultation with the Judicial and Legal Service Commission; and

(b) 2 other persons to be appointed for a term of 3 years by the
President, on the recommendation of the Minister.
(3) The President, acting on the recommendation of the Minister, may revoke the appointment of the Chairperson or member of the Tribunal.
