120A. Obligations of holder of Building and Land
Use Permit
The holder of a Building and Land Use Permit
shall –
(a) before the development works start,
inform, in writing, the local authority
which issued the permit;
(b) at all times, during which development
works are being undertaken, comply with
the conditions of the permit; and
(c) at all times, during which buildings works
are being undertaken, comply with such
guidelines as may be issued, or regulations
as may be made, by the Mauritius Fire and
Rescue Service, the Sanitary Authority,
the Energy Efficiency Management
Office, the National Heritage Fund or any
Ministry.
