127D. Extension of time
(1) A person served with a compliance notice, an
enforcement notice or a pulling down notice, as the case may
be, may apply to the Chief Executive to extend the period
specified in –
(a) the compliance notice within which the
application for a Building and Land Use
Permit shall be made;
(b) the enforcement notice within which
measures shall be implemented; or
(c) the pulling down notice within which the
development works shall be pulled down.
(2) The Chief Executive may, on good cause shown,
extend the period for a maximum period of 60 days.
