127E. Service of notice
(1) (a) The Chief Executive shall cause personal
service of any notice under this Part to be effected by a Court
Usher or registered usher, as the case may be.
(b) Any notice shall be served in the district
where the person resides.

(2) The Court Usher or registered usher, as the case
may be, shall, within 24 hours of service, send his return of
service to the Chief Executive.
