142. Annual report to be prepared and adopted
(1) A Municipal City Council, Municipal Town Council or District Council
shall, on or before 31 March of every financial year, prepare and adopt an
annual report on the activities of the authority during the preceding financial
year ending on 30 June.
(2) Any annual report prepared under subsection (1) shall comply with
such guidelines as may be issued by the Minister.

(3) A copy of the annual report shall promptly be forwarded to the Minister.
(4) The report shall be posted on the website of the Municipal City
Council, Municipal Town Council or District Council.
