143. Recovery of sums certified to be due
Any sum payable under section 141 (1) (b) shall be recoverable in the
manner provided under section 101, except that, where the sum is to be
recovered from the Financial Controller, the duties which, pursuant to section 101, are to be performed by the Financial Controller shall be performed
by the Chief Executive.
