43. Vacancy in office of District Councillor
Where a vacancy occurs in the office of a District Councillor, an election to
fill the vacancy so occurring shall be held within 15 days of the occurrence of
the vacancy by the Village Council concerned, and shall be conducted in the
manner specified in section 13.
