32. Annual accounting (1) On or before 31 January of each year the Accounts Committee shall send to the Commission an annual report on patients’ accounts. (2) The report shall specify in respect of each account— (a) the opening balance; (b) the operations on the account; and (c) the closing balance. (3) The Commission shall examine the report and may call for further information from the Accounts Committee.
