36. Report to Commission and Minister
(1) Where a person is confined pursuant to an order under section 115 of
the Criminal Procedure Act, the Superintendent shall immediately inform the
Commission of the confinement and the person shall be detained as a security patient.
(2) The Commission shall submit to the Minister a report on the mental
health of the person as early as possible but not later than 12 months of the
confinement and thereafter at intervals of 12 months.
