37. Discharge of security patient A person who is confined pursuant to an order under section 115 of the Criminal Procedure Act shall be discharged on the written order of the Minister following a report from the Commission that the person has fully recovered from his mental disorder and no longer constitutes any danger to himself and to other persons.
