38. False declaration
Any person who knowingly makes a false declaration as to the state of
mind of any other person with intent to cause the admission of that person
in a centre or the removal of that person from a centre shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years.
