7B. Appeals to Tribunal
(1) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Minister or of the Board,
as the case may be, granting or refusing to issue a letter of intent or a
morcellement permit, may appeal against the decision to the Tribunal.
(2) In this section—
“Tribunal” has the same meaning as in the Environment and Land Use
Appeal Tribunal Act.
