30. Objects of Committee
The objects of the Committee shall be to—
(a) promote and encourage research in the public archives vested in
the Department;
(b) finance the publication of such research work of archival value
produced by the Research Unit instituted under section 33;
(c) consider for publication manuscripts of private individuals who
have made extensive research in the public archives; and
(d) put on sale any work so published.
