31. Funding
(1) There shall be paid annually into the Fund such sums as may be
appropriated by the Assembly.
(2) Any money received as donations and legacies by the Committee
shall be paid into the Fund.
(3) Any money received from activities organised with the approval of
the Committee shall be paid into the Fund.
(4) No disbursement shall be made from the Fund except in furtherance
of the objects of the Committee.
(5) Article 910 of the Code Civil Mauricien shall not apply to the Fund.
