37. Constitution of Advisory Council
The Advisory Council shall consist of—
(a) a Chairperson who shall be a qualified archivist, to be appointed
by the Minister;
(b) a Secretary, who shall be the Director;

(d) a representative of the University of Mauritius;
(e) a representative of the Mahatma Gandhi Institute;
(f) a representative of the Mauritius Institute of Education; and
(g) a historian appointed by the Minister.
