38. Meetings of Advisory Council
(1) The Advisory Council shall meet—
(a) at least once every 3 months; and
(b) at such time and place as the Chairperson may appoint.
(2) Four members shall constitute a quorum.
(3) The Advisory Council shall regulate its meetings in such manner as it
deems fit.
