16. Exemption from duty
(1) Notwithstanding any other enactment, the Gallery shall be exempt
from payment of any duty, levy, rate, charge, fee or tax.
(2) No stamp duty or registration fee shall be payable in respect of any
document signed or executed by the Gallery under which the Gallery is a
beneficiary.
