17. Regulations
(1) The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make such regulations as it thinks fit for the purposes of this Act.
(2) Regulations made under subsection (1) may provide for the levying of
fees or charges in respect of the activities conducted or facilities provided by
the Gallery.
