4. Objects of Council
The objects of the Council shall be to—
(a) co-ordinate the activities of voluntary organisations catering for
disabled persons;

National Council for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons Act
(b) promote the development and expansion of rehabilitative services;
(c) advise the Minister on all aspects of the rehabilitation of disabled
persons;
(d) co-ordinate with private international and national agencies engaged in the rehabilitation of disabled persons and to disseminate technical information received from these sources;
(e) promote the welfare of disabled persons.
