8. Secretary/Treasurer
The Secretary/Treasurer of the Council shall—
(a) be an officer responsible for the subject of welfare of disabled
persons appointed by the Minister;
(b) keep all books, records, deeds, documents and minutes of proceedings of the Council; and
(c) act as Secretary to the Committee.
