9. General meeting (1) A general meeting of the Council shall be held once a year at such time and place as the Committee may decide. (2) At least 14 days’ notice shall be given before the holding of a general meeting. (3) The business of the general meeting shall be— (a) the consideration and adoption of the annual report of the Committee and of the auditor’s report; (b) the election of 9 representatives of member organisations on the Committee in such manner as may be prescribed. (4) Every meeting of the Council shall be presided over by the Chairperson or the Vice-Chairperson of the Committee, and in the absence of both, the members present shall appoint a Chairperson for the meeting from among themselves. (5) The quorum of any meeting of the Council shall be half the number of members plus one.
