12. Accounts of Fund
(1) The Minister shall cause to be published in the Gazette duly audited
annual accounts of the Fund setting out—
(a) the payments made into and out of the Fund;
(b) the assets and liabilities of the Fund with particular reference to
any investment held by the Fund.
(2) The accounts required to be published under subsection (1) shall be
laid before the Assembly.
