13. Protection from liability
(1) No liability shall lie against any member of the Committee or any public officer in respect of any act done or omitted to be done in good faith in
the execution of his functions under this Act.
(2) No liability, civil or criminal, shall lie against the Minister in respect of a
payment which is not effected under section 5F by reason of unavailability of
funds.
