8. Functions of Technical Committee
The Committee shall advise—
(a) the Minister in the discharge of his responsibilities under this
Act;
(aa) the Minister in the administration of the Workfare Progamme
Fund; and
(b) the NPF and NSF Investment Committee on matters regarding
the investments of the Fund.
