9. Financial provision and management
(1) There shall be credited to the Fund—
(a) all payments made under section 5;
(b) all sums representing payments made under the Additional Remuneration Act 1994 and in accordance with the Finance and Audit
(Employees’ Welfare Fund) Regulations 1991; and
(c) all other sums lawfully accruing to it.
(2) There shall be paid out of the Fund—
(a) all sums payable under this Act; and
(b) all expenses incurred in the administration of the Fund.
