28. Removal from register
(1) The Chamber shall remove from the register the name of a notary—
(a) who has died;
(b) who has given written notice that he has retired; or
(c) where it is ordered to do so by the Supreme Court.
(2) Where the Chamber removes the name of a notary from the register
pursuant to subsection (1) (a) or (b), it shall give written notice of that fact
to the Master and Registrar.
